From quiet feed to fully booked: a boutique's social glow-up
The challenge
Bloom Boutique had a loyal in-store following but a quiet, inconsistent Instagram. Posts went up sporadically, the visual style shifted week to week, and the account wasn’t translating into foot traffic or online sales.
What we did
We started with a strategy intensive to define content pillars and a recognizable visual identity. From there we built a monthly content system — shoppable reels, behind-the-scenes stories, and styled product features — and took over community management so every comment and DM got a warm, on-brand reply.
The results
Within 90 days, engagement more than tripled and the boutique was regularly selling out featured pieces within hours of posting. Most importantly, the owner got her time back — and a feed she’s proud to show off.
